Ikabanas

Beautiful flower holders, also called in Japanese flower arranging "Ikabanas."

Available in dark and white stoneware with a variety of 3-D flowers:  Iris, Daffodil, Rose, Tulip, Calla, and Holly for the Holidays.  The flowers are on the upper edge with a permanent frog in the bottom.  Size: 4 - 5" Diameter.  Cost: $20.00.

These great little items make flower arranging a sure thing.  One or two flowers look great.  Just keep full of water.  The flowers actually last longer than in a  conventional vase as water is drawn up the stem through the holes made by the frog. Great gifts for a gardener as they don't need to pick a full bouquet of flowers, but one or two from their garden will make a nice indoor display. Any flower and any diameter stem will work.

All my pottery is oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe.  No lead is used so all ware is food safe.  All my work is either wheel thrown or hand built.  Each piece is individually made, decorated and painted.  Sizes and colors may vary slightly.
